The Naiopur UV seed disinfector is an absolute new development for the disinfection of seeds and seedlings.
The cleaning effect is not achieved by the use of chemicals or steam sterilization, but by UV-C radiation. The disinfection of the products prevents epidemics and at the same time increases the shelf life.
Herbs and seeds are so far either not disinfected at all or with complex steam processes, with the problem that valuable ingredients of the products and essential oils are dissolved out by the process.
A safety switch ensures that the UV light is switched off when opened to prevent burns to the eyes or skin.
When opened, the Naiopur can be cleaned quickly and easily.
Disinfection of hemp seeds - 180 kg / hour
During the development of the Naiopur seed disinfector, great importance was attached to a compact design, easy handling and high throughput.
The seeds are emptied into a hopper, from where they are transported under the UVC lamps via a special process. With this disinfection process, for example, up to 180kg of hemp seeds per hour can be disinfected up to 99.9%.
