UV-Chambers
UV chambers: Irradiate objects with UV light
Only low-pressure UV lamps are used in the elegant aluminum UV chambers, which keep both the temperature and the energy consumption low. The objects to be irradiated can thus be brought very close to the surfaces of the UV lamps, which enables very effective work.
All UV units can be equipped with UV lamps of different wavelengths, which means that they can be used for a wide range of applications.
Advantages of UV-Chambers
- Use in multiple applications
- Low temperature development
- Shortened irradiation time with increased effectiveness
- Reduced operating costs
- Safe use from the point of view of health and the environment
- Modular system enables demand orientation
Areas of Application
- Light polymerization
- Disinfection of surfaces (UVC lamp)
- Curing of adhesives, varnishes, resins, inks (UV lamp according to application)
- Material testing (UV lamp according to application)
- Aging tests
- Erasing of EPROM’s (UVC lamp)
- Mold stains on stamps (UV/ozone combination)
