When room air or surfaces are irradiated with artificial UV light, viruses and bacteria are eliminated within a very short time, in a completely natural way without chemicals.

Treating hotel rooms with artificial UV light and ozone

For self-protection and protection of the cleaning staff, the surfaces and the air in the hotel room can be disinfected by means of a UV ozone generator in order to minimize the risk of infection by SARS-CoV-2 viruses. This is usually done by a treatment of 20 – 30 minutes with the UV ozone generator OG144 or 60 minutes with the UV ozone generator OG44.
